There is a Queen bedroom and a full bedroom as well as an air mattress. The full bathroom is downstairs off the living area and features a spacious standing shower. There is a washer/dryer unit in the living area underneath the TV. KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM When you enter the dome, you will see the kitchen to your right and the bright living area to your left. The kitchen has dishes, silverware and cookware. There is also a full sized refrigerator and freezer to store your goods, and a Keurig coffee maker. The spacious living room features a comfy leather sofa and loveseat as well as a Roku TV. There is a pellet fireplace in the living room that you can light for heat or ambiance. The dome also has space heaters and baseboard heat as well, so this is not your only source of heat for the home. Off the living room is the "wine cellar" where you will find a cozy nook with comfy chairs, a small table and an electric fireplace. OUTSIDE SPACE Step outside and experience the ultimate in outdoor living with the private patio and charcoal grill. The dome is surrounded by trees and nature, and you will rarely hear cars or other people. Please check with fire restrictions before using the wood firepit. **You will need 4WD in the winter months as the roads are dirt and the driveway may be difficult to get up when covered in ice or snow. Tenant pays for water, trash, gas/electric, and any other services they contract for, including but not limited to phone, cable TV, internet. Lease will be provided upon acceptance of application.
