LOCATION: Walkable to lots of restaurants, bars, Del Mar Fairgrounds/Race Track, Belly Up, Fletcher Cove, the train station, and of course, the beach! 15 minutes to MCAS Miramar. 20 minutes to Camp Pendleton or MCRD. Term is flexible. May be able to accommodate an early October move-in, if needed.
