Enjoy ceramic floors, electronic door locks, European-style cabinetry, and modern-style designer fixtures and faucets. Enjoy access to the rooftop infinity pool, hot tub, gym, and sun deck. Pack-n-play cribs are available upon request. One pet per unit is welcome for free, but fees may apply for additional pets. The condo has a 25 lbs restriction (doesn't apply to ESA). Parking is available at the condo for $42 a day, or you can issue a public parking pass for the whole month for $110 plus taxes, which allows you to park on any street or city parking lot (300 Connecticut St). Located along North Ocean Drive in the lively community of Hollywood Beach, this apartment puts you at the heart of the action. Within walking distance of the famous Hollywood Beach Broadwalk and the beach, you can enjoy exciting activities such as jet skiing, fishing, sailing, biking, and golf. South Beach and Miami are a short drive away. The Broadwalk has bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shops. For a local experience, visit The Le Tub Saloon, GG's Waterfront Grill, El Tayta, and Taverna Opa. Swimming is at your own risk; there is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Please keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to help prevent condensation and property damage. The public beach and Broadwalk within the City of Hollywood Beach do not allow pets (service animals are still welcome!).
