Parking is available at the condo for $42 a day, or you can issue a public parking pass for the whole month for $110 plus taxes, which allows you to park on any street or city parking lot. A pack-n-play crib is available upon request. One pet per unit is welcome for free, but fees may apply for additional pets, and the condo has a 25 lbs restriction (doesn't apply to ESA). Located along North Ocean Drive in the lively community of Hollywood Beach, this apartment puts you at the heart of the action. Within walking distance of the famous Hollywood Beach Broadwalk and the beach, you can enjoy activities such as jet skiing, fishing, sailing, biking, and golf. Keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to help prevent condensation and property damage. Swimming is at your own risk, with no lifeguard on duty, and children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. No diving or running is allowed. A registration fee of $50 applies. The public beach and Broadwalk within the City of Hollywood Beach does not allow pets (service animals are still welcome!).
