Looking to have someone immediately take over the remainder of my lease (through 4/23/15) with the option to renew. Rent is typically about $517 when you factor in water/sewer/trash which is payable to the complex when rent is due. Tenant is responsible for electric (typically between $35-65/month). New tenant would have to make 3x amount of rent monthly (that can be verified by paystubs) and be able to pass a background check. I am willing to pay application and background check fees. New tenant would receive my security deposit ($150) upon checking out.
