Smoking inside the house is not permitted and any unregistered guests incur a fee of $50 per person per night. There is a $40 per hour unapproved late checkout fee. Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a $50 per person per night penalty. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am to help preserve the serenity of the woods for neighbors and fellow guests. Fires can be started at 5 pm and must not be burning by 6 am the following morning, as local authorities are issuing tickets. When using a fire pit, do not leave it unattended, use the fire screen, and ensure the fire is extinguished before turning in for the night. For the hot tub, shower with soap before entering, do not bring glass, food, or pets into the area, and turn off the jets and return the cover after use. If the hot tub requires draining and refilling due to guest negligence, a $200 cleaning fee will be added to the reservation. Garage space is not part of the rental.
