The apartment has been completely renovated. With all new appliances. Hardwood floors. A brand new combo tub and shower. There is a one car garage and plenty of parking in the large lot. There is a backyard and side yard that is used by both tenants. Very Important: No smoking or vaping of any kind or any substance is allowed anywhere in the apartment and within 20 feet of the residence. Any form of cannabis must not ever be stored in the refrigerator or kitchen cabinets or bathroom cabinets must be kept in an airtight container. Any evidence of either of these restrictions will also result in an immediate voiding of the lease and a possible loss of the security deposit to allow for steam cleaning and repainting. 1. Owner pays for water and sewer. If excessive water is used there will be a surcharge based on the current bill. 2. Owner pays for heating.
