A table seats 4 people, and a booster seat is available in the kitchen closet. Family amenities include a pack and play and a washer and dryer laundry room in the basement. Enjoy the outdoor space with a propane grill, 4 Adirondack chairs, and a patio table and chairs. Lightning-fast Wi-Fi is available. A $100 fee per pet applies and will be charged through our software after the booking is confirmed. Two parking spots are available. Centrally located in the popular West End district, this home is within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, and Hannaford for groceries. Downtown Portsmouth is only 1 mile away, accessible via Islington Street, which leads to boutique shops, dining spots, and the city's lively atmosphere. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm, with any disturbances to neighbors resulting in immediate check-out. Any undisclosed pets will be subject to a pet fee of $100 per pet. For guests bringing pets, please clean up after them, and they must be leashed at all times. Every Tuesday at 10:00 AM from May to September, landscapers will be mowing around the exterior of the property; please let us know if you would like us to reschedule their appointment. Check-out is 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. You must be at least 25 years old to book. A starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer are provided to help you settle in.
