We have replaced all the appliances in the last 2 years including washer, dryer, range dishwasher refrigerator and the microwave is 4 years old. It is a Maytag with a 10 year warranty. It is a duplex that sits on a hillside and has a walkout basement. We have planted two blue spruce trees and a tree that seeded itself in a flower pot a few years ago and is about 7 feet tall. these trees have been planted in the back yard. We have three silver leaf maples that have seeded themselves in flower pots that will be planted in the back yard in another year or two. The duplex is sided in cedar siding and is stained a redish brown.
