The address is 783 Clarissa St (near the corner of Camp St.), 0.9 mile from Pitt's Cathedral of Learning, and 1.4 miles from CMU. The landlord/owner is NOT one of those big Pgh property management companies, so you can count on quick responses to any issues that arise. There is a bus stop a ten-minute walk away with Pitt buses to both upper and lower campus, and the 82 via Centre Ave. Bus stops for the 71A, 71C (via Centre Ave.) and the 54 buses are a 15-minute walk, and the busway is a 20-minute walk. The 71A, C, and 82 go to Giant Eagle (grocery store), and within a block and a half of Whole Foods (grocery). Target, Trader Joe's, and Bakery Square are all accessible via these bus routes as well without having to change buses. There are two medium sized bedrooms available for $725 plus utilities each and one very large bedroom with walk-in closet available for $775 plus utilities.
