Our FULLY FURNISHED 4 bdrm (5th unofficial) home fully updated to include quartz countertops, a new bathrooms with jacuzzi tub, rain shower head, and more. Located in a quiet neighborhood on the west side of Madison, five minutes from everything you need + 5 mi. from downtown. We have four little kids so it's very kid friendly. No need to bring many kid things along as we can provide that to you. We will consider a pet for a fee. It's been entirely pet free up to now. With three floors you can spread out if you want, but can come together nicely on the main floor to hang out, share meals, and watch TV. Our kitchen has everything you would ever need to cook incredible meals and you have access to our spices and oils. Our beds are either TempurPedic or are made from high end memory foam, so you can be confident in a good night's sleep. While we only have 4 "official" bedrooms, our home has plenty of room for a couple of air mattresses allowing large groups. The 10 foot "L" shaped couch has also been known as an epic place to call it a night. We have newer, large washer and dryer. We also recently installed a tankless water heater meaning you will never run out of hot water and there could be two taking showers and one enjoying the 120 gallon jacuzzi tub and no worry of having cold water. 2 car garage. We are moving to Denver for a year and the house can be available sometime in August 2025. 6-12 month lease. $5500 + Utilities ($300) approximately. Lawn care included.
