There's a good size front yard and a pretty big back yard. We also have a detached fully furnished in-law unit in the backyard that is not included in this lease, but if you would like to use it, we can discuss that at an additional cost. There is both off street driveway parking as well as street parking directly in front of the house. It's a 2-month rental, from October 19 - December 18. The listing says 1-month, but it is a 2-month lease. Zillow doesn't allow a 2-month selection in the drop down. To confirm, this is a 2-month lease. Thx!
