Mountain Rose boasts a fully equipped kitchen, Roku TV, Wi-Fi, pool table, gas fireplace, charcoal pedestal grill, and an expansive deck. Fresh linens and towels are provided, along with essential starter packs to make your stay easier. The cabin's open floor plan combines the living room and dining area, with vaulted ceilings enhancing the spacious feel. A comfy couch, TV, and cozy gas fireplace make the living area perfect for lounging during downtime. The cabin includes a hot tub, and guests are encouraged to enjoy the many amenities and beautiful surroundings. However, mechanical problems with the hot tub may occur and cannot be resolved quickly in this remote area, with no refunds provided for such issues. Located just 5 minutes from the famous Nada Tunnel entrance to the Red River Gorge, this cabin offers easy access to countless hiking trails, rock climbing, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and more. The Red River Gorge Scenic Byway is also nearby, offering stunning views and opportunities for wildlife sightings. For a memorable experience, visit the Natural Bridge State Resort Park or enjoy zip lining, horseback riding, and local dining options. The cabin is located up a steep hill, and 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is highly recommended. Limited parking is available, and vehicles exceeding three should park at the local park and ride. Trailers are prohibited. Check-in begins at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am. Arriving early or departing late will result in additional charges. No smoking is allowed inside, and no pets, events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted. A minimum fee of $350 per pet will be charged for unauthorized pets.
