The tall dresser allows you to unpack and make yourself at home. There is also a semi-private desk in case work/school follows you to the beach. The TV is Roku-enabled + cable. The secondary bedroom includes a queen bed, Roku TV with cable, dresser for storage and an attached full bathroom. Just down the hallway you will enter the kitchen, living and dining area.... and the best part - the view! In the kitchen and living room; the nicely-decorated, open floor plan leaves plenty of space to spread out, but facilitates a relaxing environment that invites you to visit and catch up. The condo is equipped with a full kitchen, bar area & a table for 6 for meal time. A flat screen Smart TV with cable is included in a living area that has a chaise sectional (with a pullout bed) and another chair for seating. The TV is set up for Roku guest access, which means you can login to your own streaming subscriptions and will be automatically logged out on your check out date. There is direct balcony access right from the living room, making the morning cup of coffee, or evening drink all the more enjoyable. We include a kid-friendly plates, cups, cutlery, baby-safe pop up crib and Chicco 360 Hook-on high chair for use as well. Also available for our guests are linens - sheets, blankets, towels, sand-proof beach towels and 4 beach chairs. Villa Capriani is a family friendly resort that offers tennis courts, four pools, one jetted hot tub, one soaking hot tub, waterfalls, restaurant, and easy access to the beach. The grounds are beautifully kept, making the (ridiculously!) short walk to the beach or poolside all the more enjoyable. There is a shower on the beach access to clean off after a fun day in the sun! Owner will cover all utility costs including cable and WiFi. Property available for long term rental until March 15. Flexible month to month contracts available. Pets not allowed per HOA. No smoking allowed in residence or on balcony per HOA. $250 security deposit required.
