If a Tenant does not meet these Standards we are willing to make adjustments on a case by case basis but the Security Deposit will be at least $2000 or double the monthly rent (whichever is greater) and the tenant needs to show a pattern of improvement in their overall behavior and responsibility. Utilities based on occupancy, $75/person, $50 pet rent per month and additional $250 deposit per pet.
