Reunion is near major highways (I-4), providing quick access to Disney, Universal Studios, and Orlando International Airport. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. If guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules, the reservation may be terminated without refund, and/or monetary fines may be pursued.
