The renter is responsible for maintaining the property free of debris to facilitate inclement weather preparations - ie; storms, flooding, and hurricanes are common in Florida. This property was not flooded or damaged by any of the recent Hurricane storms of 2024. After 12 months of leasing with no late payments, the tenant may be given the option to enter a rent-to-own agreement.
