Little Mod *New Construction*
Looking to live with friends but want your own bathroom? Tired of living in a 400 square foot studio apartment? Looking to make friends where you live? How about having your own lease? Welcome to coliving!
At Little Mod, you rent a private coliving suite and share a large, intentionally designed kitchen and living area as well as a few intermediate spaces. Walk through the front door into your home and enjoy a brand new, architecturally designed home!
Since each coliving suite will have its own lease, you don't have to stress about filling this beautiful home and your rent won't change either way. Plus, you only have to worry about your own rent!
This partially furnished duplex features a large kitchen and living area with six private coliving suites. Each suite consists of a bedroom, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. Each suite comes with a bedframe, dresser, nightstand, and flat screen tv. The common spaces are intentionally designed for six people to foster a sense of community. The couches, TV, and other large furniture are all provided as is a washer and dryer!
Did we mention that this is a BRAND NEW construction? You'd be the first group to live here! There will also be TWO all-electric HourCar vehicles on-site available for carsharing (search HourCar for more information on carsharing).
If you are looking for an affordable place to live, but don't want to live in an old, falling apart building, this place is for you!
Available to move-in August 2025.
Rent for each private coliving suite will be $850.
Management pays for all utilities and internet and a flat $75 fee will be included in the base rent for all utilities and internet ($850+$75 = $925).
