There lots of bright open windows natural light with a little bit of a view of the mountains. It is a pet-friendly complex and my unit is a really nice location tucked away on the backside of the building and you get a lot of privacy. This is kind of an ala carte apartment complex so there is a fee for the washer and dryer rental.(it is in the unit) parking, trash, water, and sewer. When all is said and done it's about 1150. The inside is completely remodeled and is super cute and clean. I honestly wouldn't move if I didn't have to! I need someone to take over my lease which ends August 12th and you have the option to renew after, which I'd highly recommend because this is an amazing apartment! This apartment would be perfect for a young couple or working professionals. It's a great location close to Gardner Village, Jordan Commons, Jordan Landing, and the Jordan River Trail. I'm looking for someone reliable and serious about taking over my lease I work full time so texting is best. There's a $40 application fee and you have to go to www.thecalaverasapartments.com to fill it out. I am not super tied to my furniture and would be willing to leave my bed and couch if anyone was interested in keeping them. Tenant pays for Utilities in addition to rent, media package, parking, and washer and dryer
