This fully furnished apartment has a full kitchen with spacious living areas, a full bedroom w/ queen-sized bed, and a deck. It is less than a 10 minute drive to downtown Brunswick, which has a number of fantastic restaurant and retail options. It has access to 5 miles of wooded trails in the Brunswick-Topsham Land Trust via the neighborhood, which you can hike, snowshoe, or cross-country ski. There are a number of large beaches (Popham, Crescent, Reid State Park, etc.) between 30 and 45 minutes away. Downhill skiing at Sunday River or Sugarloaf is between 1.5 and 2 hours away. There are fantastic hikes all over the Midcoast that are easy to access from the property, and we're happy to make recommendations. It is an above-garage apartment - our family lives in the house, but the apartment has its own parking, entry, kitchen, washer / dryer, and deck. Furniture can be moved if you'd prefer to use your own. Owner pays for electricity, oil, water, and sewer. The tenant is responsible for internet. Minimum six month rental, but prefer one year or more. This is a non-smoking apartment.
