There is a fully fenced yard with a grill and table, a finished basement for kids, and plenty of bedrooms for family and friends. The space As you enter the house you will find the living room with plenty of space for your family. You will find a lot of movies to watch and a comfy space to relax. Further in the house you will find the dining room and the kitchen equipped with everything you need to make perfect meals with major appliances. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs with queen beds, and a half bathroom. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off from the beach. Downstairs you can also access the backyard that offers outdoor seating for dining and a grill. The backyard is fully fenced in, perfect for pets. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, with the main bedroom having a comfy brand new king size bed, the other 2 bedrooms have queen sized beds. Upstairs you will also find the full bathroom. The basement has room for the entire family and has a foosball table, and a large TV to also watch movies The property comes equipped with everything you need for a vacation Utilities and garden work will be included as part of the rent. Contract will need to be signed with additional rules and conditions.
