A longer walk brings you to Stover's Beach, a crescent of sandy beach that serves the community as a popular and safe swimming location and a place to launch kayaks, canoes and row boats. A public boat launch serves those with larger watercraft, and there is a school playground just a short walk .The deck boasts a limited water-view, barbecue grill and outdoor furniture, and the lawn is perfect for croquet and badminton.
