Basic WIFI included. We have a fenced in, shared yard where you are welcome to grill and relax. We are pet friendly for an additional fee. No smoking in unit. Security deposit and first month rent due at signing. Tenant responsible for electric. Tenant responsible for putting trash bins out for pickup. This is a winter rental from October 1st until May 31. Well behaved pets acceptable for additional fee. Home comes fully furnished but we can be flexible.
