Perched atop a small cliff 30 feet above the water, this summer home , located at the mouth of Brigham's Cove, has a westerly view of Winnegance Bay, the New Meadows River watershed, and then opening into Casco Bay and the Atlantic. The open concept has a living area, a dining area, and kitchen. There is one bedroom along with a sleeping loft. The deck wraps around three sides of the cottage, with stairway down to the dock, that provides deep-water access during all tides. At low tide, the water depth is in excess of 6 feet off the dock. Road maintenance is estimated to be 150/year.
