This system also provides cool air in the warmer months that's right, no more struggling with window air conditioners! The rent is $1,700/month and includes water (cold), sewer, parking, plowing and landscape. Tenant pays their own electricity and other personal utilities. The water is heated with new style electric hot water heaters- very efficient! The current tenant pays around $50-$80/month depending on the time of year.
