Payments accepted, cash, PayPal, or Venmo. Owner pays for water and electric. Renter is responsible for keeping the oil tank filled for heat/hot water. The oil tank will be filled prior to the renter moving in and will be responsible of filling the tank prior to leaving. There is no laundry in the unit, and no washer (permanent or portable allowed. Also, no portable dishwashers are allowed. No portable heaters allowed in the unit. No dogs or cats allowed, but other small pets are open for discussion. This is a non-smoking in-law apartment.
