What I like about the house is that it has lots of bedrooms with not a whole lot of heating and cooling area. The utility bills are affordable due to the brick exterior and plastered interior walls. The flooring is hardwood and linoleum so clean up is easy and allergens are reduced compared to carpeted floors.
There's also plenty of closet/storage space!
The lawn is small so mowing is easy!
