This is a quiet, nice neighborhood about a 10 minute walk to downtown. An apartment above shares the same entry hallway. The apartment is fully furnished but some items can be removed at the preference of the tenant. The lease will be for 8 months (this system only gives 6 as an option) with the possibility of renewing for yearly increments starting July 1. This is a smoke, scent and pet free property due to allergy concerns of my family who also live in part of the building. This is an owner-occupied property. Utilities, wifi, plowing and maintenance are included in this lease, plus one parking space for a medium/small vehicle. A second floor apartment shares the entry hallway. This a quiet neighborhood and an old house in which sound travels. Quiet and consideration of other tenant's schedules is expected. Laundry facilities are not included with this apartment.
