Each is separately metered for gas, electricity, and cable hook-up (we pay for water and trash). We have owned the building for 34 years and have lovingly maintained and upgraded the building while preserving its vintage architectural detail. We do not live on the site. One car parking per occupant is assigned on the property. Storage may be available for rent in the basement, depending on quantity. Dogs and cats are accepted on a case-by-case basis. A pet deposit is required.
