The master bedroom has a queen size bed, private bathroom and television while the guest bedroom has two twin size beds. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. The pullout sofa allows you to accommodate a total of 6 guests in this condo. This is a great set up if the family or guests are coming to visit you on St. Simons Island. The Village Green complex also offers a pool for its guests. If you have children they will enjoy one of the islands best playgrounds just a 2 minute walk down Mallery St. Water included. If you are a FLETC renter we will also include a monthly cleaning service at no additional fee to the renter. We will also include all utilities.
