The home is situated on a quiet corner lot in Garner, only 10 min from downtown Raleigh. We show properties Mon-Fri 9am to 4pm. We do have an application process, there is a $20 per person app fee, we check credit, employment verification and do a rental reference check going back for the last 4 years.
