    This neighborhood is a gem that people are quickly realizing exists. Near LAX (but you can't hear the planes). Near the beach. Near Playa Vista. Near the freeway. Great local schools, the best in LA. Large lots without all the congestion of the West Side of LA. Neighborhood is safe with mature tree-lined streets. Most of LAs best neighborhoods are small "patches" of affluency surrounded by high crime areas...not Loyola Village or Kentwood. The community is very diverse, welcoming of all people no matter their race, biracial family make-up, sexual orientation, religion/background, or age. We love pets, and really value our children.
