I have for rent a cheap upstaris apartment. It has one bedroom and one bathroom. The condition of the apartment is older but everything works as it should. The rent is cheap and will work well for a single person or a couple. The tenat is responsible for the gas and electric. I pay for water,sewer, garbage and to heat hot water. So during non heating months you can have the gas shut off and eleiminate the gas bill. There is a refrigerator in the apartment buy no stove.
