We live in the rear and it's a totally separate place and we have the backyard. The part of the house I am renting is the main part with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It is furnished with standard stuff, not super high end and not super low end either. Master Bedroom is the entire attic. Full private bath and a floor by yourself. 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The green bedroom is a medium sized room with a small private shower bath. It's pretty. Bedroom 1 and 2. One is small bedroom and can be combined by opening pocket doors to create a large bedroom and a office area. The big bonus is the huge balcony off this bedroom. Middle bedroom is fairly large. The second floor hall bath is shared by either 2 or 3 bedrooms. First Floor has a living, dining, kick ass porch in front, fans, swings, small yard. Parking is street and is usually easy to get. Restaurants, metro, bus, shopping is all close by. Available mid September. FULLY FURNISHED right down to TVs. Because I hate moving. I'll entertain well behaved dogs. I have a beagle and would love for her to have company. Paint colors are dark as you can see. I would not paint it to more neutral color. I know, I know but you can paint your rooms. UTILITIES.
