I have lived here for over 10 years and just love the home and the location, which I think is the most convenient in all of DC Metro area! It is close to many medical & office facilities, malls & restaurants, DC & most of the suburbs in the DMV area, National, State & County parks with easy access to major transportation arteries (I-495, I-66, I-267). Yet, it is tucked away in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is perfect for traveling professionals looking for an extended stay and the house has been equipped and furnished accordingly. And, if you still need anything to make your stay more comfortable, please feel free to request that and it might just get fulfilled :-) The main level has hardwood floors throughout and has the spacious, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, Instant Solo Keurig Coffee Pod machine, multi-function Instant Pot, Toaster, Microwave Oven, lots of Pots and Pans, so that you can cook comfortably during your stay if you want to. There are also 100’s of restaurants nearby if you chose to dine out :-) On the main level there is also Dining room and Living room with a Smart TV and reclining sofa and loveseat and a gas fireplace to relax after a long day of work. The three bedrooms are located upstairs. The Master bedroom is very spacious with vaulted ceilings and a luxurious king bed with all-natural, latex mattress and room-darkening & sound absorbing curtains. Attached to it is a large bath that features Jacuzzi with jets, spacious stand-in shower and dual sinks. There are two other bedrooms on this floor that share another bathroom in the hall. The 2nd bedroom has a new Queen size bed with a new Hybrid mattress and the 3rd bedroom has a new Full size bed with a new Hybrid mattress. There are so many touristy places to see both in DC and the surrounding area and the location of this house makes it so easy to access those. I will share a “Welcome Book” with info about those and you are welcome to ask me anything related to that as well. If you are an outdoor nature lover, there are so many parks and trails close by too and I can provide info and maybe even guide you there :-)
