New fixtures in kitchen and main restroom. New floor in main restroom. Exterior is very well maintained with beautiful flower beds lining front and back of our home. Privacy cedar fence front to back and 25ft by 25ft privacy fence on side of home. That's our pool yard. We own the land too the creek. So our yard is much bigger than before. We love the outside. We both work on our yard. We strive to maintain the best yard on the block. On the other side is a 8ft by 12ft building for storage of riding mower etc it has a wide little ramp to ride the mower right in.
