The cats are currently not allowed in the master bedroom, but it will be up to the guest's discretion once they are here. No smoking or drugs on the premises. A dedicated driveway parking spot is available. No pets allowed for the tenant. Minimum stay is one month, two or more is preferred. Lease will be a month-to-month lease requiring 21 days notice of renewal/cancel. All utilities are included in rent. Lease deposit is one month rent, and a $50 cleaning fee will be deducted upon return of deposit. Tenant will be responsible for cleaning the master bed and bath during their stay, as well as cleaning and putting away anything they use in the kitchen.
