Clean and quiet 2 bedroom with living room sofa and chair, dining area. a desk and chair in the common area so you are able to work from home and 1 full bath apartment on the sound side. Kitchenette includes full size fridge, microwave, convection oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric hot plate, blender, electric griddle, pots and pans, dishes, glassware, utensils etc. The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV, DVR player, direct TV. Ceiling fans in living area and one of the bedrooms. Dining table that seats 4 comfortably. The bedrooms each have window air-conditioning unit. During cooler months we have a electric fireplace to make the living room space warm and cozy.
Each bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed.
The porch in the front of the apartment has a covered seating area with a gas grill and a table and chairs for dining Al fresco on a rainy day or you can use one of the outside decks to relax, read and soak up some sun. We have a Nags Head hammock to lull yourself to sleep in the shade while enjoying the ocean breezes.
There is a large outdoor shower with hot and cold water available for Guest use after a day at the beach. On site parking for two cars on the right side of driveway, tandem only. Private entrance. We only allow up to a total of 4 guest.
Owner seeking a 1 year rental. Security deposit due at lease signing. Apartment comes furnished. Non smoking (indoors), on patio is okay. Pet deposit is a one time fee (nonrefundable).
