Water/Sewage is added to the rent automatically every month by Golf Creek. Renter's insurance is required at move in. If you currently have renter's insurance, we will need a declaration letter from your current insurance agent with at least $100,000 in liability insurance. If you do not have renter's insurance we offer an online policy through American Modern Mobile for about $16 a month.
