Our amenities include an onsite gym, game room, laundry facilities, and a volleyball/picnic/bbq area. Our four-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments are arranged with each person having a private locked bedroom and sharing a bathroom with one other student. The modern kitchen and living rooms are shared with three other roommates, with the refrigerator and sink being shared between two tenants only. All bedrooms are single occupancy and come with their own door lock. While assigned parking is available at an additional fee, street parking remains conveniently accessible. We take care of setting up utilities, cable, and wifi, so tenants don't need to deal with PG&E or Comcast. Shorter rent terms negotiable. In addition to rent, tenants are charged a flat fee of $70 for utilities, including wifi and cable. Residency is not exclusive to students; all are welcome at Allegro Apartments.
