There are two bedrooms with attached full baths on the first floor and a very large master suite upstairs. The home offers lots of closet space and a big living room/entertaining area with access to the back deck . The light gray walls and bright white trim thoughout will compliment any decor you bring in. I prefer to turn over properties when school is out: Christmas or summer, so I normally end leases around those times, but my standard lease is for one year and I will always work with renters on start and end times. Renter must put utilities in their name and pay for them directly. Renter is responsible for renters insurance to cover their belongings. Property is in the City of Marietta and renter must pay for trash pickup to the city. Services included: bi-weekly lawn and yard care, Heating and AC service, twice/year, and pest treatment quarterly. Renter must cooperate with service and/or repair providers to enable owner to maintain the property. Owner represents she will correct, repair, maintain the property in living condition, renter must keep the property clean and free of trash and debris, and see that they do not do any damage to the property. Damage other than normal wear and tear will result in a repair charge to the renter, possible eviction, and other court action. If something in the home ceases to function, renter must not repair it or get it repaired, but must call the owner as soon as possible and notify her of the problem. Renter must allow all service personnel hired by the owner access to the damaged item(s) and owner decides who will do the repair. No smoking allowed inside the building. Owner must meet all residents of the property, including animals.
