We've both worked from home here, and the layout made it easy to set up separate office spaces without feeling cramped.

It opens into the dining and living areas, with big windows and high ceilings that make everything feel bright and airy. Just off the kitchen is a private patio that's perfect for morning coffee or evening hangouts.
Upstairs, the primary suite includes a spacious walk-in closet, a private deck for lounging, and a full en-suite bath. The other two bedrooms are versatile and have worked well as guest rooms, home offices, or both.
We're offering the place furnished if you want to use what's here but it can also be totally unfurnished if you'd prefer to bring your own style. The home also has mini-split AC, a fresh-air HRV system, and low-VOC finishes to keep things clean and comfortable year-round.
Street parking is easy and abundant right outside the door, and the location has been unbeatable for us just a 10-minute drive to Sea-Tac Airport, close to both I-5 and Highway 99, and super convenient for catching a game at the stadiums. Georgetown itself has been one of our favorite parts of living here, with amazing breweries, restaurants, cafes, and galleries all just a short walk away. There's also great public transportation via the #124 bus and bike lanes running right down Airport Way for an easy commute into the city.

This is a smoke-free home, so no smoking inside or near the building. Pets are welcome with prior approval there may be a pet deposit and small monthly fee depending on the type and size. Tenants are responsible for utilities unless noted otherwise in the lease. The place will be maintained by the landlord, but we ask tenants to keep things tidy and let us know if anything needs fixing.
