The community pool & hot tub are heated from October to May. WHAT ARE THE COMMUNITY CLUB & POOL HOURS? ARE THEY HEATED? Clubhouse hours: 5:30 am 10 pm. The community pool & hot tub are heated from October to May. DO YOU ALLOW PETS? The owners have decided to allow pets at this property. Signature PGA West Community Rules: 1) The City of La Quinta & Signature PGA West has a quiet hour ordinance (10 pm 8 am). 2) No more than 2 vehicles per home unit may be parked on the street at any time during the hours of 12 am 7 am. 3) No trailer, camper, mobile home, commercial vehicle, truck (other than a standard-size pick-up truck), boat, or inoperable vehicle will be allowed in the community. We've installed a security camera outside, facing the front entrance (placed on the door), to ensure safety during your stay. Additionally, there's a noise monitoring device in the living room to ensure compliance with local noise ordinances during quiet hours. Tenant agrees to pay a $500 monthly utility fee. No smoking inside. Only dogs allowed with a $150 pet cleaning fee per dog. Additional fee for heating the pool/spa.
