Ready April 1! This is a beautiful, top-floor apartment, situated right on a 7 acre greenspace. It is close to I-15, many cafes and shops, multiple gyms (though the complex has its own gym that you have a pass to) and more. It is beautiful, new and clean. With bright new windows, beautiful brand new appliances, quartz countertops throughout (even bathrooms) and more, this is an awesome unit. When my husband and I were tenants a couple years back, it felt like it was so hard to find something nice with things like fans and fridge water, etc, just because you weren't there permanently. Why!? So I have tried to make sure that is not the case with this unit. Styled nicely with light gray paint, large baseboards, really nice W/D, etc, it feels like a home where you want to be. The master has a walk-in closet and the other bedrooms have french door closets. It also opens out right onto a huge park with a playground and pavilion, soccer field, zipline, basketball and pickleball courts, and more. The clubhouse has a gym that you have your own pass to. The park is bordered by shops and cafes and there's always been PLENTY of parking. There is also lots of parking behind your apartment. I have never had to look for parking and have never heard a single complaint about parking space. This apartment includes a long storage closet for all that extra stuff that otherwise can sometimes clutter a home! (this storage unit has a keyed, lockable door just 2 steps from your apartment front door, within the building.) We have been careful in our selection of the neighboring tenants (2 working professional women on the 2nd floor, and a nice young couple downstairs.) in hopes of creating a peaceful, respectful and neighborly place for everyone living there. So you won't hear kids yelling at 6am at this apartment ;) Through working with other landlords in the complex, we are able to offer a utility package for $125/monthly which covers high-speed internet, water, sewer, snow removal, landscaping, HOA amenities access and 2 HVAC filters delivered to your door annually. You are only responsible for electricity and gas. No hidden fees, repair fees, cleaning fees, application fees or any of that other hidden fee garbage. I only even break out this utility package bc all the other listings do it, so it's impossible to show how competitive our rent is without also breaking it apart and putting this utility detail line the description! But I don't mean for this to be a sneaky add in anyways, so want to be clear that I pay for everything except electricity and gas, and with that the total monthly payment you would pay is 1725 monthly. Because it is so new, absolutely no smoking. We will consider a small pet at an additional $50/monthly but I don't know that I would be open to more than 1.
