The yard is a shared space between tenants; the landlord stays in the back periodically, there is only street parking, and there is a 10x10 storage unit in the yard for tenant use only. There is a jacuzzi in the yard that is non-operable; the tenant's responsibility is to clean after their pet. The landlord will provide a gardener. The owner pays all utilities included except cable and internet. 2 small pets allowed, not weighing over 20 pounds. No pet bulls or Rottweiler dogs allowed. Tenants are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. There is a spa in the yard that is non-operational. Rent is due on the first of each month and will be considered late after the third day; the tenant will be charged a $75.00 late fee.
