I have a great basement apartment in my beautiful home that will be available for rent starting on May 18th and possibly earlier. This apartment is located on one of the best blocks in Stapleton/Central Park. It is just 15 minutes from Downtown Denver, walking distance to the East 29th Avenue Town Center, one block from Aviator Pool, and less than 15 minutes from the Anschutz Medical Campus - not to mention the many bike trails and scenery surrounding the area. It is also a short bike ride to the new Stanley Marketplace. The Central Park Train Station is also just over one mile away. At this time, I am only interested in renting to single occupants. Rent is $1,200 per month plus a $75 flat monthly fee that includes all utilities, including high-speed internet, electricity and gas, water, sewer, snow removal, and landscaping. I will consider pets for an additional $60 in monthly rent plus a $350 deposit. I have a 5-year-old Australian Cattle Dog named Barley who gets along well with other dogs. This base apartment was built out in 2014. It is a total of approximately 825 square feet of living space with a lot of room for storage. Rooms and Amenities include: - A large family room - A newer kitchen and refrigerator - A separate bedroom - A washer/dryer in the unit - Additional storage space - Neighborhood pool and extensive bike and hiking trail system This apartment does not have a separate dedicated entrance. However, we are usually in a separate area in the back of the house or upstairs, which is separated by two large double doors, so this has not been an issue. Please include a bit about your current employment/living situation if you can. We are not interested in renting to people with credit scores below 630; however, if you have a solid work history or a co-signer, that should be sufficient. Thanks. All utilities, including electric/gas, water, and high-speed internet, are included for an additional $80 per month. The unit has its own washer and dryer. We are looking for a tenant for a 12-month lease, but are open to other arrangements.
