The kitchen includes a small refrigerator, microwave, hotplate, and other cookware. A maximum of one parking spot is available. Utilities (water/sewer, trash, electricity, WIFI, AC) are all included. Central AC is shared by the homeowner - separate fans are welcome. No more than one occupant is allowed on the lease and in the space. No pets. The apartment is in a quiet, clean, family-oriented neighborhood of Opa-locka in close proximity to local universities and shopping destinations. Centrally located between MIA and FLL airports, as well as the coastline. Publix in Miami Lakes, Winn-Dixie and 24-Hour Fitness in Miami Gardens, all within a 8-10 minute drive. A first month and deposit in the amount of one month will be required, as well as proof of renter's insurance. Credit and background checks, as well as references, will be required. To make an appointment, please reach out and we'll schedule a time with notice. A laundry facility is not included, but 24-hour laundromats are nearby. Occupancy is immediately available. Utilities are included in the total price. Pets are NOT allowed. Smoking inside is NOT allowed under any circumstances. Guests are welcome - large parties, loud noises, and drugs are NOT. One (1) parking space is included. $25.00 late fee after the fifth of each month. Subletting is prohibited.
