Centrally located between MIA and FLL airports, as well as the coastline. Publix in Miami Lakes, Winn-Dixie and 24-Hour Fitness in Miami Gardens, all within a 8-10 minute drive. A first month and deposit in the amount of one month will be required, as well as proof of renter's insurance. Credit and background checks, as well as references, will be required.
