We don't have private apartments though, we provide communities to live in (co-living). You share common areas or bedrooms, saving you a lot of money while making life-long friends. Below is our updated availability: $645 shared downtown Co-ed dorm and Girls only dorms available Currently (ASAP) Utilities are just $55 additional to the listed price and include electric, water, gas, trash, sewer, wifi, cable and more. Laundry is coin-operated. No double-occupancy. No dogs or cats. International people will automatically be approved even without a credit check. If you want to apply you will need to have a 600 credit score. Ourapplication fee is $39. You do get it back if approved. Deposits equal one month's rent with utilities. Rent + all utilities is just $700 per month and $700 deposit. To hold a bed will require half of that deposit upfront. This will insure you have the bed for your arrival. The sooner the better as we are usually pretty full. The holding deposit is not refundable if you choose not to move in for whatever emergency or misunderstanding, so make sure you are certain when you book. Also the date you reserve cant be adjusted. You can come later but would have to pay rent as of the day the bed is made available. Upon moving in you pay the remaining half of the deposit and first months rent. If you are paying with an international card please be advised that an additional 1% fee may be applied to it and it will automatically be added to the initial payment amount. No smoking allowed
