This is our newest renovation at Greg LLC! It is a three-bedroom home with one bathroom. We restored the original woodwork as much as possible and installed a new kitchen, along with updated appliances, on site laundry. We pay for water and trash. We make every home something we would want to live in ourselves. We own nine homes in this area of the north side and plan to continue purchasing and building here.
