Cannot be in the middle of a bankruptcy
Cannot owe any current or previous landlords money
1 year on the job or current work field
1 year of good rental history
Make 3 times the amount of rent
Cannot have $2000 in total in collections
Must have a credit score of 650 or above
We DO NOT answer screening criteria qualification questions over the phone.
ABOUT PETS: All applicants, regardless of whether they have pets, no pets, service animals or ESA's, must complete a pet profile once pre-approved. A monthly pet rent will be assessed based on the scoring of each pet. Note: There is no charge, pet deposit or pet rent for applicants without animals or for those with animals verified by Pet Screening as being Emotional Support Animals or Service Animals.
MOVE IN COSTS: A retainer deposit equal to one month's rent is required to take property off the market. This will be applied to your first full month's rent. Second month will be pro-rated less the move in days. Security and pet deposits are required at move in. Security deposit is equal to one month's rent.
